ReMass GmbH & Co. KG is a mid-sized service company headquartered in Berlin. Founded in 2004, the company meets the needs of two business fields in the area of health and relaxation.
Retail Area Management
ReMass runs massage chair tranquillity zones in shopping centres and airports. Our first few locations were in Berlin, Munich, and Hamburg, among others. We offer our customers a revitalising, healthy Shiatsu massage of the highest quality. ReMass currently operates more than 300 “tranquillity zones” in Germany, Italy and Belgium.
E-Commerce
Starting at the beginning of 2011, ReMass began selling high-quality massage chairs in its own online shop and through various other online platforms. ReMass offers its customers assistance with any questions they may have over the phone. Shipping is only offered for orders destined for Germany and Austria.

Our employees in the technical service department take care of everything associated with ongoing operation, such as regular maintenance of the massage chairs. They are also responsible for the proper installation of the ReMass tranquillity zones.
